Kimberly Duede was involved in a car accident in northern Illinois over winter break.
The 19 year-old transfer student from Brigham Young University was traveling home for the holidays when her green Ford Focus slid off an icy road. The accident occurred 20 minutes outside of Freeport, Ill, Duedes hometown. When interviewed about the incident Duede commented on local wildlife saying, "If I saw big foot I would shoot it." Duede went on to say, " I have shot a russian assault rifle before."

Not sure I get this story? It is supposed to be a profile, not a spot news piece. Remember, proper attribution style for quotation is to put it at the end of the sentence, using noun then verb ("Duede said"). You needed three quotes in this piece, and at least one page double spaced.
